ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY PHOTO STUDIO / SUNDANCE – Sponsor Lounge
Create a hip, comfortable, modern environment for celebrities to hang out before and after having their photo sessions with EW’s top photographers at the Sundance Film Festival. Those were our directions and we were given an empty office space in which to execute the vision.
Using rustic natural elements, like sawed off firewood, and mixing them with modern hand carved, molded laminate panels in contemporary designs, we transformed the office space into a rustic hip lounge, warm and inviting at the same time.
Past photo retrospectives welcomed the celebrities in a hallway recovered in reclaimed wood.
A hand carved logo in the natural wood bar accented with modern lights served as an anchor for Jimmy the Bartender throughout the week.
Sponsor partner Netflix offered up past Sundance classics and fur covered bean bags for rest and relaxation.
